Founded in 1973, Metrax GmbH′s PRIMEDIC™ brand encompasses a diverse range of professional defibrillators for use by emergency services, hospitals and medical practices as well as Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) for non-specialists. In addition to defibrillators, the product range also includes mobile ultrasound scanners. "For our customers the fact that we develop and manufacture our products in Rottweil, Germany, is a mark of quality," says Jürgen Bucher. Metrax exports around 80 percent of its products. The company owns several patents and continually develops its products in close collaboration with users.
